HIA Report: Pimpama, Coomera and Upper Coomera are Australian Property Hotspots
The HIA has released their annual Population and Residential Building Hotspots report and Pimpama-Coomera has topped the list for Queensland.
The HIA-JELD-WEN Population and Residential Building Hotspots report gives a snapshot of Australia’s fastest growing areas over the previous financial year.
QUEENSLAND took out five of the top 20 national hotspots for residential development with the highest Pimpama-Coomera at No.3 and Kingsholme-Upper Coomera at 14.
Other Queensland areas that also made the National top 20 were Griffin-Mango Hill in Brisbane, Condon-Rasmussen-Bohle Basin in Townsville and Ipswich.
The makeup of the rest of the top 20 national hotspots were Western Australia with 4, NSW with 2 and Victoria with 9.
