Coomera TAFE Open
The Gold Coast.com.au has reported that that new TAFE College at Coomera is open for business. An extract from the article follows:
“THE new Gold Coast TAFE at Coomera could be just the ticket for students need to launch a career in the screen and media industry.
With $4.5 million state of the art equipment that focuses on boosting the city’s creative industries, the facility has everything.
Even John Farnham could perform here and be impressed, says interactive digital media teacher Joel Roper.
”The facility is on par with major recording studios across Australia,” he said.
”This will be a platform where careers will be launched.”
The five-level Coomera facility on Foxwell Road cost $31 million to build and will meet the training needs of 600 students each day.
